Our services
What we do
Relationship-led support that helps young people maximise their potential.
We provide one-to-one mentoring for schools, organisations and social workers, private one-to-one mentoring and parent consultations arranged directly with parents and carers, and engaging community projects — from pop-up youth spaces and mobile music studios to Lived Experience workshops covering identity, gang culture, knife crime, healthy relationships and career paths.
- 1-to-1
One-to-one Mentoring
Commissioned one-to-one mentoring for schools, organisations and social workers — a consistent, relatable mentor for the young people you support, in and out of education.
- For families
One-to-one Private Mentoring
Private one-to-one mentoring for parents, carers and guardians. If your child is disengaging at home, in the community or at school, a relatable mentor can help rebuild trust, confidence and motivation.
- For parents

A confidential consultation for parents, carers and guardians who are finding parenting hard — we listen without judgment and equip you with practical tools to parent more confidently and constructively.
- Lived experience
Workshops
Engaging Lived Experience and music workshops where relatable role models share their stories and young people build confidence, skills and self-esteem.
- Youth spaces
Community Projects
Pop-up youth spaces, mobile music studios and engaging projects that create safe spaces and build community cohesion.

Training for youth workers, teachers, police, social workers and parents — covering the real issues affecting young people today.
